ABOUT ME
I worked for thirty-seven years as a public employee in Connecticut. While working, I was accredited in health information management, coding and compliance. In addition, I was elected and served as a union officer, participating in the negotiation of employee contracts. Throughout the years, I volunteered as a community citizen activist until I retired to Florida.
My husband Frank and I enjoy taking long walks, watching a variety of news programs and movies. Most of all, I enjoy reading and having intellectual, controversial discussions regarding political hot topics.
I’m a published author of fictional books based on real life experiences. I won a national poet award and received an award from NANOWriMo for completing the challenge of writing a book in thirty days.
I’m a blogger, a member of the Florida Writers Association and the Write Corner.
MY QUOTE
